This is the privacy notice of PRS REIT plc (10638461) and the companies within our group from time to time (the “PRS REIT Group“). This privacy notice is issued on behalf of the PRS REIT Group so when we mention “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice we are referring to the relevant company in the PRS REIT Group responsible for processing your data as the data controller. A list of companies within the PRS REIT Group is available on request.
This privacy notice sets out the way we use your information and applies to you if you are a director or shareholder of the PRS REIT Group, a tenant, represent one of our customers or suppliers or accessing our website.

Sigma PRS Management Limited (10615738) is the Investment Adviser to the PRS REIT plc and G10 Capital Limited. Sigma PRS Management Limited is an appointed representative of G10 Capital Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 64893). In some cases these Sigma Capital Group Limited group companies (and others) (the “Sigma Group“) may be a data controller in respect of your personal data. Automated processing
If you are a tenant, we make automated decisions regarding you in the following situations: credit checks and background checks relating to a tenancy. These may be undertaken by third parties acting on our behalf, such as Ascend Properties who in turn use third parties, including Let Alliance (www.letalliance.co.uk/). We will conduct our credit check on you prior to a tenancy commencing. We will conduct a search against your available credit file. If our search against your credit file illustrates to us that you have an inappropriate credit rating, a decision will be taken automatically to not proceed with your application to become a tenant.
Submitting to a credit reference check is necessary for us to offer you a tenancy. If this information is not provided we cannot agree to provide a tenancy to you.

Legal requirements
Your personal information may also be processed if it is necessary on reasonable request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority, body or agency or in the defence of legal claims. We will not delete personal information if relevant to an investigation or a dispute. It will continue to be stored until those issues are fully resolved.
If you do not provide us with the requested personal information we may not be able to progress our dealings with you, including with respect to any shareholding in The PRS REIT plc.
Information we share

4 Cookies

5 Events and Photography / Videography
We may invite professional photographer(s)/videographer(s) to on site events. The photographs/video material may be used on social media channels, websites, presentations and other brand related marketing materials, as well as those of certain third parties permitted by us, including those who have been involved with the event. We would use the photographs/video material on the grounds of our legitimate interests to share coverage from the event and to promote similar events to tenants in the future. We may share your photograph or video material featuring you with members of our group companies and/or select third parties but only in connection with the provision of services to us and/or for the operation and/or of promoting similar events.
We may also provide copies of photographs and/or limited video material to attendees of the events, where such attendees feature in the photographs and/or video material (as applicable) and have requested a copy of the photographs/ video material. Such sharing would be undertaken on the grounds of our legitimate interests to engage with tenants and other event attendees or otherwise in response to a legal requirement to share such photographs/ video material with the relevant attendees.
If you would prefer your photograph not to be taken or used, please do let us know either by emailing [email protected] or informing a member of staff or the photographer at the event. We will take account of your preference where reasonable for us to do so. Please note that you are able to inform us prior, during or after an event has taken place, at any time. You should always email us even where you have advised a staff member or photographer at an event. Further we may require you to provide us with identifiable information (e.g. details of clothing worn on the day of the event) or photographic ID so that we can identify you in any photographs/video material.
6 Security
We are committed to keeping your personal information safe. We’ve got physical, technical and administrative measures in place to prevent unauthorised access or use of your information, and to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.. However, the Internet is an open system and we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information that you transmit on or through our website or that we otherwise maintain.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
