Our current EPC ratings

With global and national emissions targets and the impact of our energy use on the climate at the forefront of daily discussions, the energy efficiency and performance of our homes is very important to us and we monitor the EPC ratings of our assets, in line with best practice and government targets and requirements. Given the government targets of mandatory EPC ‘C’ rating for all new tenancies by December 2025, and for all rented properties by December 2028, we are proud to share the figures for our assets, with EPC ‘B’ rating scoring very highly. Providing efficient homes for our residents continues to be a focus and we work closely with our partners in this area.
