The REIT secures its assets in two ways, firstly by the purchase of completed PRS assets financed and delivered by the Investment Adviser and secondly, by the forward funding of fixed price design and build contracts. Approximately 1/3 of the REIT equity will be used to purchase completed assets, the balance to forward fund development within the REIT itself.

The completed assets developed by the Investment Adviser will be let and income producing at the point of purchase. Those developed by the REIT itself will typically be pre-let through the latter part of the development stage, with tenants secured as the houses complete.

In addition to the current portfolio below, the REIT has a further, growing development pipeline consisting of 30+ sites and 2000+ homes with an estimated development cost of approximately £300m.
